Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure your order arrives safely.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Contact us at bonjour@lunerituel.ca to initiate a return.

Why nighttime skincare specifically?
Skin permeability increases at night, cortisol levels drop, and cell regeneration accelerates. Nighttime is when active ingredients absorb deepest and work hardest. We teach you exactly how to take advantage of this biology.

Are your products cruelty-free?
We only curate products from suppliers who meet our ethical standards. We do not sell products tested on animals.
